2017 – Golovin & Wales Teacher Housing – Built two duplexes simultaneously completing the Golovin duplex ahead of schedule and the Wales duplex, with the addition of completing the water/sewer tie-ins, on schedule.
2016 – St. Ignatious Flood Repair – Refinish doors and replace sheetrock and flooring to the basement of the St. Ignatious building at the Catholic Diocese property in Fairbanks following a flood.
2016 –Yukon Training Area LFX-Capable Trench – Complete approx. 700’ of trench and four bunkers, including excavation, steel & wood fabrication, installation of geotextile, drainage features and hydroseeding. This project required a SWPPP plan provided by Congdon.
2015 – Savoonga & Wales Voc-Ed Buildings – Built the vocational education buildings in Savoonga & Wales. Congdon Construction has worked in several villages throughout Alaska. Within this contract, Congdon Construction completed the Triodetic foundation and framed the Gambell vocational education building in order to assist BSSD in completing the project.
2015 – Tununak Cabin – Built a 22’x30’, 2-bedroom cabin with a 64 sf porch on a Triodetic foundation.
2015 – Pilot Station Reconstruct – Repair plumbing and replace windows, siding, insulation, and sheetrock repairing the St. Charles Spinola Catholic Church following an extensive fire.
2014 – Elim Teacher Housing – Built two duplexes at 1920 sf each; each duplex consisted of a 2-bedroom unit and a 3- bedroom unit and each unit had 2 bathrooms.
